Responsible for processing and making informed decisions on new business insurance applications including registration, underwriting and issuance of policy contracts; Develop, implement and review new business process workflow to maximise operational efficiency. Provides training support and underwriting advice for distribution representatives as required.
Responsible for compliance-related matters pertaining to AML/CFT, Customer Due Diligence, RCSA, BCM as well as local and regional regulations by planning, implementing and executing policies/guidelines. Handles procurement, property management, ad-hoc event projects and media relations.

Handles credit policies & procedural changes for all Retail products & Credit functions/systems; Develop and implement workflow procedures & system enhancements to maximise operational efficiency. Coordinate & manage project performance.
Responsible for approval & recommendations of all credit assessment of personal loan and mortgage loan applications for all branches in Brunei Darussalam.
