About me

I’m a graduate from The Business Hotel Management School in Switzerland with a Bachelor Degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management. I have a wide range of international experience from working in the Dominican Republic to Europe and Thailand. Furthermore, I am trilingual and am comfortable interacting with guests from different backgrounds. With my passion for hospitality and previous experiences. Previous employers would describe me as a hardworking employee who possesses the communication skills required to work efficiently in a team environment. I enjoy the various challenges of working the front desk and perform well under high pressure situations. I have a strong work ethic and always strive to provide guests with a delightful experience. I’ve always believed that every action I make must be done with precision in order to yield the best overall effect.
